The Beta Chapter of Clovia was established in 1937 on the foundations of 4-H traditions with an emphasis on academics, campus involvement, and agriculture. In Clovia, these traditions still hold value today. Over the decades they have grown to make Clovia a sisterhood based upon academics, community service, leadership, and personal development. Although our sisterhood has strong ties to Minnesota 4-H Clubwork, membership is open to women of all majors, interests, and backgrounds, and past 4-H membership is not a requirment to join Beta of Clovia. Our sisters share a variety of majors and interests from business, art, psychology and electrical engineering to agriculture education and animal science. We truly feel there is a place and home for everyone at Clovia. Any woman attending the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities interested in joining our sisterhood may contact any member of our organization.
